When comparing the noise level on both the Pro 750 Copper Metal Finish and the Pro 750 Pearl Grey I found the Pro 750 Copper Metal Finish to be quieter when it comes to ambient noise. Weight is not necessarily important since it will be sitting on your countertop, but it does attribute to build quality differences. the Vitamix Pro 750 Heritage Collection weighing in at 11.2 LBS shown above in Copper Metal Finish. ![]() The body is lighter in weight when compared to the Vitamix Pro 750 Heritage Collection with the metal body. The metallic finish is very pronounced and it’s covered in high gloss clear coat to protect from scratches as well as showcasing the beautiful specs in the Pearl Grey metallic finish. The body is made of hard plastic and maintains the same great build quality of the original Vitamix Pro 750 from year 2012. It’s not the same build and material as the Brushed Stainless Metal Finish Heritage Collection that is being discontinued.
